Course Description
Earn your views and a perfect way for those looking for a taste of the trails! The 10k offers an adventurous climb from the Start Line at Creekside Village, halfway up Whistler Mountain where you'll be rewarded with some magnificent views. Shortly after making your ascent, runners will visit the Pony Club Hydration Station before making their descent back down to the Finish Line on some brand new single track that Whistler Blackcomb has to offer!
Please note that a portion of the course runs through the Whistler Blackcomb Bike Park. Please avoid running through the bike park during its operating hours. Additionally, please be respectful of the bike park rules and riders. To familiarize yourself with the rules and hours of operations, visit the Bike Park Website here.

Mandatory Gear
- Personal collapsible cup (15 cl / 5 oz minimum)
- Minimum water supply of 1/2 liter
Should the race management team add onto the mandatory gear due to weather conditions, please reference the cold and hot weather kits outlined in the Race Regulations Guide. You will be notified via email if either kit is required during race week. Runners are expected to pack both kits for race weekend in the event one of these kits needs to be implemented.

Hot weather kit (may be required by the organization, depending on weather conditions)
- Sunglasses ***
- Sunscreen, recommendation: minimum sun protection factor (SPF) 50
- Minimum water supply: 2 liters
Cold weather kit (may be required by the organization, depending on weather conditions)
- Protective eyewear ***
- 2nd warm layer in addition to jacket recommendation
- Sturdy, closed-toe trail-running shoes (minimalist or ultralight shoes Not recommended)
- Warm hat
- Warm and water-proof gloves
- Waterproof overpants
*** it is possible to use the same glasses if they are suitable both for the sun and bad weather (such as glasses with photo-chromatic lenses)
